The Loan Officer is your representative during the financing portion of your home purchase or refinance. The loan officer will complete your pre-qualification and your loan application. The loan officer will evaluate your goals along with your financial picture and advise you of loan options that will best meet your needs. Your loan officer will tell you what documentation you will need to provide for loan approval. The loan officer will stay in touch with you during the processing of your loan to answer questions and keep you abreast of our progress. Your loan officer will also handle the locking of your loan at your request. Support Team

Our support team works behind the scenes processing your loan. The support team orders the documentation necessary for your loan, completes the paper work required by your loan program and submits your complete file to one of our lenders for approval. Once your loan is approved by the lender the processor clears any conditions of your loan approval. They order your loan documents and coordinate the closing with your escrow company. Maintaining a great team effort is essential to excellent and efficient customer service. The loan process, because of the hundreds of details and deadlines, can be extremely stressful for you and for us. One of the ways we maintain our strong working relationship is by planning events to have fun together. Our team schedules lunches and special dinners together, we attend sporting events, we have annual company picnics and Christmas parties and we take trips together.
