To Whom It May Concern: 1. I/We have applied for a mortgage loan from Rainier Pacific Mortgage, Inc. ("Rainier Pacific"). As part of the application process, Rainier Pacific may verify information contained in my/our loan application and in other documents required in connection with the loan, either before the loan is closed or as part of its quality control program. 2. I/We authorize you to provide to Rainier Pacific, and to any investor to whom Rainier Pacific may sell our/my mortgage and to the Mortgage Guaranty Insurer, if any, any and all information and documentation they request. Such information includes, but is not limited to: employment history; income; bank, money market and similar account balances; credit history; copies of income tax returns; and paying off/beneficiary statements. I/We understand that I will be responsible for any payoff/beneficiary statement charges and/or reconveyance fees. I/We authorize Rainier Pacific to verify such information with the entities named on my/our loan application. 3. Rainier Pacific or any investor that purchases the mortgage or the Mortgage Guaranty Insurer, if any, may address this authorization to any entity named on my/our loan application. 4.
